Our Staff:

Charles S. Green - Vice President

Mr. Green holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, with a major in Accounting, from Texas Tech University. His healthcare career began in 1980 as a Medicare auditor with Blue Cross of Texas. His career has included reimbursement positions such as Director of Reimbursement with a national proprietary hospital chain and as Senior Consultant with a national reimbursement consulting firm. He also has held operational positions of Facility Controller at one national proprietary hospital chain, and Chief Financial Officer of Alternative Delivery Systems at another. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the National Subacute Care Association and two subcommittees of the Federation of American Hospitals.



Kimberly M. Hampton, CPA - Vice President

An honors graduate of Jacksonville State University, Ms. Hampton's healthcare career, beginning in 1990, includes reimbursement positions with two acute care hospitals and a national hospital chain. Prior to joining SRG in September 1999, Ms. Hampton was a Senior Consultant specializing in Medicare cost report services with a national reimbursement consulting firm. Ms. Hampton is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.



David A. Magill - Vice President

Mr. Magill earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. His previous healthcare experience includes seven years with a national consulting firm specializing in Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. His background also included three years with a large for-profit hospital chain where he was responsible for all aspects of reimbursement for ten hospitals, while maintaining overall responsibility for all Medicare appeals activity. Mr. Magill's healthcare career began by working seven years for one of the nation's largest Medicare intermediaries, with extensive responsibilities in the area of Medicare appeals.



Trina Wilson - Vice President

Ms. Wilson received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance, from California State University Northridge. Her healthcare experience began in 1994 with the patient accounting department at a large hospital in the southeast. Prior to joining SRG in February 2002, Ms. Wilson was a Senior Consultant specializing in Medicare DSH services with a national reimbursement consulting firm. Ms. Wilson was responsible for managing all national DSH contracts for this firm.



Sue Ann Eubanks - Vice President, Business Development

Ms. Eubanks earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a major in Accounting from Stetson University. Her healthcare career began in Tallahassee with the State of Florida where she worked at the Department of Health & Rehabilitative Services which later became the Agency for Health Care Administration. She then moved to Nashville, TN and began working in the consulting field. In early 1998 she joined a division with the largest for-profit hospital chain in the nation that eventually spun off as a separate company in 1999. She has experience in all areas of reimbursement including cost reporting, contractuals and the budgeting process.



Phil Dorsey, CPA - Senior Manager

Mr. Dorsey graduated from the University of West Georgia, earning a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree, with a concentration in Accounting. Prior to joining SRG in 2001, Mr. Dorsey spent six years in public accounting before joining a national hospital chain in its Internal Audit Department. After transferring to the Reimbursement Department, Mr. Dorsey held positions of increasing responsibility, eventually serving as the head of the Reimbursement Department, with overall responsibility for 100 hospitals as well as the Home Office Cost Statement. Mr. Dorsey is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He is also a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.



Deb Nystrom - Senior Manager

Ms. Nystrom graduated from Wayne State University, earning a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree, with a concentration in Finance. Ms. Nystrom came to SRG from the healthcare practice of a big four public accounting firm where she was a manager. She specialized in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, wage index reviews, organ acquisition and other complex reimbursement issues. Her experience also includes over twenty years in various positions on the hospital side. She served in management positions with a large system in the Midwest, and was the director of reimbursement for a system in northern California. Ms. Nystrom is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association where she holds the designation of Certified Healthcare Financial Professional.



Randy Mooser - Senior Manager


Mr. Mooser received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville.  He has over 36 years of Medicare audit & reimbursement experience working for one of the largest Medicare fiscal intermediaries in the nation.  Prior to joining SRG in April 2009, Mr. Mooser was the on-site leader responsible for the fiscal intermediary’s Audit and Reimbursement department in Kentucky.  Mr. Mooser’s experience included serving on a six-member national Chain Organization Task Force that assisted with the development of Medicare regulations and policies.  Mr. Mooser has extensive knowledge in Medicare regulations, wage index, organ acquisition, DSH, Medicare bad debts, IME/GME, chain organizations, ESRD facilities, and critical access hospitals.


Tim Beatty, FHFMA - Senior Manager

Mr. Beatty received a Masters in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University. He has over 23 years experience in the Health Care field. Areas of knowledge include governmental reimbursement, managed care reimbursement, revenue cycle experience, budgeting, decision support, general accounting, management accounting and compliance. His career includes positions such as Director of Budgeting, Corporate Compliance and Assistant Vice President of Reimbursement, with a large non-profit healthcare system, as well as Senior Consultant with a national consulting firm. Mr. Beatty has been extremely active in HFMA including serving as Georgia President in 2001 and serving as National Chairperson on the Medicare Payment Forum.



John J. Hrenko - Manager

Mr. Hrenko received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Miami University, Oxford Ohio. He has worked in healthcare since 1980. His career includes positions as Controller, Director of Finance, Budgets, Reimbursement and Managed Care. Mr. Hrenko has experience in various hospital settings that include acute medical and psychiatric hospitals and home health agencies. He has had responsibility in all areas of reimbursement, cost reports, compliance, and appeals.



Gayle L. Crawford - Manager

Ms. Crawford holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Bellarmine University located in Louisville, Kentucky.  Her previous healthcare experience includes over six years with a national consulting firm specializing in Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement services.  Prior to that, Ms. Crawford worked at the corporate office of a national, for-profit, long-term care company.  Her healthcare career began in 1985 as a Medicare auditor with Blue Cross of Kentucky.  During her 13 years as a Medicare auditor, Ms. Crawford's responsibilities included audits, DSH, Medicare bad debts, IME/GME and ESRD facilities.  Her extensive network of national contacts in the healthcare reimbursement and finance fields also enables her to offer unique executive recruitment insight and resources for clients seeking to identify qualified candidates for employment positions.



Molly Baum - Manager

Ms. Baum earned her Bachelor's Degree from Auburn University. She has worked in healthcare finance since 1991 and has had responsibility in all areas of reimbursement, including cost reporting, compliance, appeals, charge master, denials and revenue cycle management. Prior to joining SRG in 2008, Ms. Baum spent nine years at a large non-profit healthcare system and was responsible for all areas of reimbursement for the system. Prior to that, she held revenue cycle and reimbursement positions that spanned eight years with a large non-profit children's healthcare system. Ms. Baum is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and has served on various committees for the Georgia Chapter.



Nicole Kong - Manager

Ms. Kong holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance, from California State University, Northridge. Prior to joining SRG in 2008, Ms. Kong spent over nine years with one of the nation's largest Medicare intermediaries in the position of Senior Auditor. She has experience in Medicare cost report reimbursement, audits and appeals for various health care service provider settings, including acute hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and federally qualified health centers.



Doug Jackson – Senior Consultant


Mr. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, from University of Alabama, Birmingham. Mr. Jackson joined the Surgery Department at University of Alabama-Birmingham as the Financial Analyst for 4 years, then served 7 years in banking and insurance industry as Vice President of Accounting Technology divisions. He continued his healthcare finance experience when he joined an international consulting firm in the position of Data Assurance Manager,  overseeing the data management of over 300 individual facilities and 15 healthcare systems.  Mr. Jackson brings 16 years of data analysis experience to SRG, with a focus on patient accounting audit and healthcare data analysis.

Mr. Jackson serves all types of clients including national healthcare systems and stand-alone hospitals for various data analysis needs in projects such as Medicare DSH and Medicare Discharge Transfer Payment Reviews.



Debra J. Myers-Adams - Manager, Business Development

Ms. Adams has extensive experience in national sales and business development. Prior to joining SRG, she worked as a licensed Florida life and health agent in the marketing departments of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Foundation Health–Florida Health Plan, and TRAAIG. Ms. Adams also served as the Central Florida liaison between Foundation Health and its national Third Party Administrator. Ms. Adams is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sales and Marketing. She is also an active member of the Florida Chapter of HFMA.
