Stan C. Broadway - Principal

Mr. Broadway holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University. His healthcare career began in 1972 as a Medicare auditor with Blue Cross of Mississippi. His career has included positions with two major proprietary hospital chains as Director of Reimbursement, a proprietary hospital as Chief Financial Officer, a home health agency chain as Vice President of Reimbursement, and a national reimbursement consulting firm as Vice President in charge of its Atlanta, GA office.

Daniel B. Yoe - Principal

Mr. Yoe received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Western Carolina University, and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina's Master of Accountancy Program. His healthcare career began in 1976 as a Medicare auditor with Blue Cross of South Carolina. His  career has included positions with a six facility not-for-profit hospital chain as Manager of Reimbursement, a national proprietary hospital chain as Senior Director of Reimbursement, and a national reimbursement consulting firm as Senior Vice President in charge of its Eastern United States operations.

Gretchen K. Torrance, CPA - Principal

Ms. Torrance holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from Ouachita Baptist University. Her healthcare career began in 1974 with the Medicare audit department of Blue Cross of Texas. There she held various positions with increasing levels of responsibility, culminating in the last twelve years with Blue Cross being spent in the capacity of Senior Director of Provider Audit. While at Blue Cross, she served ten years on the national Chain Organization Task Force comprised of six members from various intermediaries around the country. Ms. Torrance founded her own healthcare consulting firm in 1992. She later joined a national reimbursement consulting firm where she served as Intermediary Liaison and Vice President in charge of the firm's Dallas, Texas office. Ms. Torrance is an Advanced Member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. She is also a member of the Texas Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

Richard F. Guthrie - Principal

Mr. Guthrie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from the University of Louisville. Prior to joining SRG in 2000, he spent over ten years with a national consulting firm specializing in Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement services, culminating in the position of Vice President responsible for the firm's national practice of cost report reviews. Prior to that, Mr. Guthrie worked for two national proprietary hospital chain organizations, serving as Chief Financial Officer for a group of three hospitals. Mr. Guthrie has served three-year terms on both the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for a non-profit acute care hospital. He is also an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and has served terms on various committees for the Kentucky Chapter. 

Charles S. Green  - Director

Mr. Green holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, with a major in Accounting, from Texas Tech University. His healthcare career began in 1980 as a Medicare auditor with Blue Cross of Texas. His career has included reimbursement positions such as Director of Reimbursement with a national proprietary hospital chain and as Senior Consultant with a national reimbursement consulting firm. He also has held operational positions of Facility Controller at one national proprietary hospital chain, and Chief Financial Officer of Alternative Delivery Systems at another. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the National Subacute Care Association and two subcommittees of the Federation of American Hospitals.

Nicholas R. Clark - Senior Manager

Mr. Clark received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. His previous healthcare experience includes ten years with a national consulting practice specializing in Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. Mr. Clark is experienced in a variety of hospital settings, including acute and psychiatric hospitals, home health agencies, and hospices, with an emphasis on Medicare/Medicaid cost report compliance and filings, pro forma cost report analysis, and overall financial operations. Mr. Clark's experience also includes working three years with for-profit healthcare chain organizations in the positions of Assistant Controller and Interim Controller.

Philip L. Dorsey, CPA - Senior Manager

Mr. Dorsey graduated from the State University of West Georgia, earning a Bachelors of Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting. Prior to joining SRG in 2001, Mr. Dorsey spent six years in public accounting before joining a national hospital chain in its Internal Audit Department. After transferring to the Reimbursement Department, Mr. Dorsey held positions of increasing responsibility, eventually serving as the head of the Reimbursement Department, with overall responsibility for 100 hospitals as well as the Home Office Cost Statement. Mr. Dorsey is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs as well as the American Institute of CPAs. 

David A. Magill - Senior Manager

Mr. Magill earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. His previous healthcare experience includes seven years with a national consulting firm specializing in Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. His background also included three years with a large for-profit hospital chain where he was responsible for all aspects of reimbursement for ten hospitals, while maintaining overall responsibility for all Medicare appeals activity. Mr. Magill's healthcare career began by working seven years for one of the nation's largest Medicare intermediaries, with extensive responsibilities in the area of Medicare appeals.

Trina Wilson - Director

Ms. Wilson received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance, from California State University Northridge. Her healthcare experience began in 1995 with the patient accounting department at a large hospital in the southeast. Prior to joining SRG in February 2002, Ms. Wilson was a Senior Consultant specializing in Medicare DSH services with a national reimbursement consulting firm. Ms. Wilson was responsible for managing all national DSH contracts for this firm.

Kimberly M. Hampton, CPA - Manager

An honors graduate of Jacksonville State University, Ms. Hampton's healthcare career, beginning in 1990,  includes reimbursement positions with two acute care hospitals and a national hospital chain. Prior to joining SRG in September 1999, Ms. Hampton was a Senior Consultant specializing in Medicare cost report services with a national reimbursement consulting firm. Ms. Hampton is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

John J. Hrenko - Manager

Mr. Hrenko received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University, Oxford Ohio. He has worked in healthcare since 1980. His career includes positions as Controller, Director of Finance, Budgets, Reimbursement and Managed Care. Mr. Hrenko has experience in various hospital settings that include acute medical and psychiatric hospitals and home health agencies. He has had responsibility in all areas of reimbursement, cost reports, compliance, and appeals.

Kathleen E. Hedrick, CPA, Manager

Ms. Hedrick holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting from Emory University, Atlanta, GA. Her healthcare career began in 1991 in the Medicare Audit Department for Mutual of Omaha's Dallas, TX Office. She later joined one of the country's largest hospital chain organizations in the position of Reimbursement Coordinator. She subsequently participated in that company's divisional spin off which created a new national hospital chain organization, where her experience and knowledge led to her promotion to the position of Director of Reimbursement and Revenue Analysis. Ms. Hedrick began her career at a Big Eight accounting firm in the Audit Department. Ms. Hedrick is also a member of the HFMA Lone Star Chapter and AAHAM, Blue Bonnet Chapter. She has been a licensed CPA in the state of Texas since 1993.

Debra J. Myers-Adams - Manager, Business Development

Ms. Adams has extensive experience in national sales and development. Prior to joining SRG, she worked as a licensed Florida life and health agent in the marketing departments of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Foundation Health–Florida Health Plan, and TRAAIG. Ms. Adams also served as the Central Florida liaison between Foundation Health and its national Third Party Administrator. Ms. Adams is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sales and Marketing. She is also an active member of the Florida Chapter of HFMA.
